Accommodation is available to boats ranging between 6 and 14 meters in length.

No shallow waters can be found in or near the entrance of the harbor and navigation is assured all year round .

Its position inside Laveno's bay, shields Portolabieno's Marina from the most frequent winds (Tramontana and Inverna). The external concrete floating dock protects from N.W. winds (Mergozzo).
